Competition

Nothing could be simpler than this. Take your camera, dust off your action figure/s, create a scene/diorama, pose you figures and click away. You can either create your own diorama or create a scene with your figures using your yard as the background..anything goes. Be as creative as you want. Once you are happy with the results, send the pic to us.

Ultimate Photo Contest

1. This contest is open to anybody currently residing IN Brunei ONLY. The contest begins at 8p.m. Brunei Local Time on 23rd November 2009 and ends at 8p.m. Brunei Local Time on 23rd December 2009. This contest is sponsored by Weekly Action Review(W.A.R.).
   
2. This contest is limited to one entry per person. There is no entry fee. To enter simply e-mail to stoosh666@yahoo.com with your name, contact details, title of photo, brief description of photo and attach the contest photo. Click on the pic below:
3. Each person may submit ONE photo ONLY. If you have submitted a photo but would like to submit a new one to replace the previous, it will be allowed and the previous photo will be deleted. This has to be done within the duration of the contest.
4. Picture submitted MUST at least contain ONE action figure.
   
5. Pictures submitted must be your own and not taken elsewhere e.g. flicker, photobucket or other people's website. Doing so will disqualify your entry.
   
6. Digital enhancements(photoshop) are allowed but speech bubbles are NOT.
   
7. Judging: The blog owner of W.A.R. will review all photographs and determine the winners based on the following criteria : use of action figures and vehicles(if applicable) in communicating the title of the Photo(40%), creativity(30%) and dramatic effect of photo(30%). All decisions made by the blog owner are binding.
   
8. Prizes: Prizes will be randomly put into 'pools' of A, B and C. 3 winners will be selected. Winner will get to select 2 prizes from pool A, 1 prize from pool B and 1 prize from pool C. 1st Runner up will get to select 1 prize from pool A and 1 prize from pool C. 2nd Runner up will get to select 1 prize from either 3 pools.
