"Hey fool, this ain't no football game!"

Do you freaking remember this awesome series back in the 80's? My cousins and I sure did. This was the highlight of evening entertainment, followed by MacGyver and Airwolf. Those were really the good old days. But good news to all the fans out there. It turns out there is an A-Team movie currently in progress and set to be released in June, 2010. Below is a pic of the infamous A-Team van during filming of the upcoming movie.

Superman/Batman : Public Enemies

The latest preview of the upcoming Direct to DVD Superman/Batman movie. Set to be released at the end of this month. The list of characters looks explosive especially with Power Girl in the mix(what?).

So far this is the third animated movie by DC this year. The first two were:
Being a fan of WW, one would expect that I highly recommend the WW movie. Well, I think fans should watch both. Both movies gives viewers a new look at both their origins in the Superhero world. If you're watching GL, keep an eye out for Arisia, one of the GL Corps. Why? 'Cos she's cute - nuff said.

Ninja Assassin

I just saw the trailer to this new upcoming and much hyped about movie. The main reason I even decided to blog about it is because the producers are the Wachowski brothers(Matrix Trilogy). The fact that the leading actor is Korean superstar Rain, not so much. I don't have anything against him. He's a great actor as far as Korean drama goes, a definite eye-candy for the ladies plus I thought it was really hilarious when he blew off Megan Fox.

I will have to say I am intrigued by the trailer. Yet after my last disappointment with Blood: TLV(God, I still can't believe I watched that movie) I'm not gonna say that I will watch it yet. Lets wait for the reviews to come in shall we? The movie is set to release this November.

Blood : The Last Vampire

I only had a chance to watch this movie a few days ago. Since it came out I've tried to avoid review sites because I didn't want any influence on what I thought about the movie. I liked the original anime movie and really enjoyed the Blood+ series. So, in my head I was really hoping for an enjoyable experience with one of the few animes that I'm into.

I was wrong. I wasted good money to see this awful adaptation of the original anime. Yes, they changed the plot a little bit but still its about Saya, not Alice. My overall take on the movie is: bad acting, confusing storytelling and again bad acting. I am seriously disappointed. At the end of the movie it reminded me of Dragonball Evolution.

Honestly, Saya should've left Alice to the vampires. At least that would've been fun to watch. I adore the lead actress Gianna 'cos I've seen most of her Korean movies. But a Korean acting as a Japanese speaking English? What is up with that?
