DC Direct : Wonder Woman Series 1, Agent Diana Prince & Wonder Woman

The last 2 in the W.W. Series 1 collection. First up is Agent Diana Prince.
"While working as an undercover government agent in the Department of Metahuman Affairs. Agent Diana Prince is pulled back into the world of Wonder Woman when she is called upon to save her sister, Donna Troy, who has been kidnapped by the evil Circe."
To sum it up, Diana Prince is the alter ego of Wonder Woman and vice versa if you think about it. She was born Princess Diana of the Amazons on Themyscira. When she moved to 'Man's world' was she dubbed as Wonder Woman. But she will always be Princess Diana on her island. She uses the name Diana Prince to blend in with the common population and keep the Wonder Woman persona a secret.
And last we have the Amazonian herself, Wonder Woman.

"In a rare lapse of judgment, Diana Prince realizes she needs a break from the role of Wonder Woman, so she bestows the honor of serving as the world's greatest superheroine to her sister, Donna Troy."
When properly told, Wonder Woman's story is one of the best. There has been a lot of speculation about an actual W.W. movie in the works and I'm hoping for one in the near future. The W.W. animated movie was released last March and has received a positive response from fans. I have a feeling the animated movie was a way of producers to see if a movie about W.W. set in modern time would work.
In my opinion, this is the best W.W. sculpt to date. So that's it for now. If things work well with the comics and animation, we'll probably see Series 2 of this collection.
